3gen 4ws on 4gen

hi....i whas thinking to put 3gen 4ws on 4gen....what do you think...i knows that 4gen is elektirck and it is not good, and 3gen is full mehanick...did anyone do this swap...is it poseble to do that...

I doubt it would work without alot of work.

You'd probably have to modify both front and rear sub frame, i don't know if the tie rod ends would fit, tie rod length might be an issue, as well as the length of the connecting rod.

Its doable I would say, but probably alot of work.

The 4th gen system works fine...the only issue is some solder joints in the control unit wearing out after a number of years.

Justin's right, though -- the suspension dimensions on the two cars are different, so no parts are a straight swap.

The rear wheels don't turn as much though, from what I understand. Its more similar to the Nissan HICAS system.
